My Funeral Wish
Over recent years many reverts and Muslims in mixed marriages in particular expressed their concerns about whether their burial right or wish to be buried as Muslims will be fulfilled.
Your requests for a document of some sort which records your wish has led to us adding this service.
To assist in addressing this MFS has designed this document to record your wish about the funeral and burial process.
This is of particular significance in the case of mixed marriages, where there is concern that the surviving partner may not fully understand your wish.
The information on the form is used to express your wish and some essential information, but is not a legal document.
